Jeffrey Friedman, President
Jeff’s 35+ year career in real estate is rooted in Brooklyn, where he worked as assistant manager of a 2,800-unit State Mitchell-Lama. This led to his eventual 12-year post as Vice President at a highly-regarded New York City-based real estate management firm. His expertise includes condominiums and cooperatives, as well as specialized properties such as City Mitchell-Lamas, budget planning, local laws, elevator modernizations and lobby/hallway renovations.
Brandon Sherman, Controller
Brandon’s experience in real estate management spans close to two decades. He has spent time at all levels, learning the ins and outs of every step and process required of successfully managing large and small buildings. With this knowledge, Brandon is able to see the big picture in all that he manages, including his specialty of cooperative building financials.
